• We are not a party to your deals

  Brands and creators agree with each other. Collabea is the place you meet and the record of what you agreed.

• No money passes through us

  Brands pay creators directly. There is no platform fee, and nothing we could refund.

• Your work stays yours

  You let us store and display it where the product needs to. Uploads sit at public URLs that do not expire.

• Adults only

  You must be at least 18 to use Collabea.

• It is a demo

  It may be slow, unavailable or reset without notice. Keep your own copy of anything that matters.

Collabea is a marketplace where brands post work and creators apply for it. When the two sides agree, the platform generates a contract with milestones and deliverables, and gives both parties messaging, file sharing and a record of what was agreed.

Collabea does not process, hold or transmit payments. Brands pay creators directly, by whatever method the two of you agree.

What we record

A two-sided handshake: the brand marks a milestone paid, the creator confirms it arrived, and both are timestamped.

What we cannot do

Refund money, claw it back, or release it on anyone's behalf, because we never hold it.

What we keep

The record: the agreed terms, the message history and the delivery timestamps.

Fees

There is no platform fee.

• You must be at least 18 to use Collabea.
• Give accurate information, and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts are not transferable.

You keep ownership of everything you upload: your portfolio, your messages, your deliverables. By uploading it you give Collabea permission to store it and display it where the product needs to.

Only upload work you have the right to upload. If you use music, feature other people, or shoot in a location that needs clearance, that is yours to sort out.

• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who you are or what you have done.
• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content.
• Advertise anything you are not legally permitted to advertise.
• Scrape, resell or systematically extract content from the platform.
• Try to break, overload or find your way around the platform's security.

We may suspend or remove an account that does any of this. Given the scale of this deployment, that decision is made by a person rather than a system.

If you fall out with someone you are working with, either of you can raise a dispute on the contract.

What a dispute does

Freezes reviews and the contract's progress, and makes the disagreement visible alongside everything already recorded.

What it does not do

There is no mediator and no arbitration panel. We cannot decide who is right or move money between you.

What you get

The record, which is yours to use wherever you need to.

This is a demonstration deployment. It may be slow, unavailable, reset, or changed without notice, and sample content may be restored at any time. Please do not rely on Collabea as the only record of anything that matters to you.

Collabea is provided as it is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, lost income, lost data, or anything that goes wrong between you and another user, including non-payment, non-delivery, or a dispute over rights.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings once none of your contracts is still unsettled, or deactivate it if you only want a break. Deleting anonymises your personal details immediately. The Privacy policy explains what that means in practice.

We may close an account that breaches these terms.

If these terms change materially, the version stamp at the top changes with them, and the version you agreed to is recorded against your account.
